I've encountered an issue where my MX Master 3 and MX Keys frequently become unresponsive/laggy. Logi Option+ shows that both devices are connected via the USB receiver, but I am unable to use extended controls such as the scroll wheel, side-scroll, forward/backward buttons ...etc. Is this an issue with the mouse and keyboard or a limitation of the USB receiver?

bluetooth mouse connectivity issue
keep happen intermittent loss connectivity and lagging, then back to normal in few seconds. This is interrupted my work.

Excessive memory usage on MacOS (M1/Apple silicon)
The "Logi Options+" process is currently consuming 7.16GB of system memory (RAM), which is nearly 50% of the installed RAM on my system. Other apps are experiencing slower response times as a result of the memory utilization. I'm running MacOS on a Macbook Pro M1 Pro, 16GB RAM. Options+ version 1.60.496306 (latest update according to the app)

不识别设备
无法连接设备了，蓝牙连的鼠标，识别不出来，点击首页那个连接设备，出来的对话框选择蓝牙，只会跳转到windows的界面，重新连接之后也不识别，根本没法用了，千八百买的鼠标跟普通鼠标没区别了，让人怎么用？？这么验证的问题也放出来，新版还不如旧版，最起码能用

您好,我现在使用的MASTER 3S,在WIN系统中,将侧边键自定义为ALT键,在使用软件C4D的时候我按住侧边键加鼠标左键就可以实现查看3D视图,但在MAC中,却有时可以有时不可以,我之前以为是C4D软件的兼容问题,但在用BLENDER的时候也是一样的,10次只有一两次可以,所以感觉应该是鼠标程序或是系统的兼容问题,这个问题困扰我很久,如果能得到你们的帮助,那真的太感谢了!

After premiere pro update the logi options does not recognize it
I can't use any customization for my premiere pro after it updated to the newest version. So far, I used premiere pro 2023 and logi options without any issues but after premiere updated today, I can't add my keys actions as before. It does not even recognize the new premiere pro version. Please fix it and thank you for your time.

K860 connectivity problems using unifying receiver
K860 keyboard CONSTANTLY lags/disconnects. Didn't do this until recently, now it is dropping multiple times daily

Custom Function Keys NOT Working in MX Keys
I'm using MX Keys, and after the Options+ 1.54 Update, function key customization is not working. Not in general also not in any specific app. I have various applications where I use those function keys for various purposes but after the update none of the keys are performing what I've assigned to do them. For example, I had set the volume up function key to trigger a smart action and it's not working. Whenever I press it, only volume incrementation is what's done. Please help me with a fix asap.

Flow Connectivity issues
Flow always disconnects after a while when switching from mac to windows and vice versa. Takes a lot of time sometimes days to detect the second device on the same network with logitech+ installed.

Poor support
I try talking to somebody on the phone and all I got was a digital voice that wind up hanging up on me after I answered a lot of questions I just need to be able to log on and you guys will not help me log on. I gave up waiting. call 520 444-0651

Smooth scrolling missing for MX Vertical on MacOS
I've noticed, that the smooth scrolling feature is unavailable for the MX Vertical Mouse in the MacOS version of the app, while it is available in the windows version.
Can this feature be included in an update for the MacOS Version?

Mouse gestures for adjusting volume
Using gestures with mouse > adjust volume up or down.
Is way less smooth then the earlier logi-options (not options +).
If you move your mouse slowly... the volume adjusts istself way les sensitive
... which results in a very unplesant adjustment.

Low battery notification
Low battery notification stays on my desktop, despite having recharged the mouse.

logi options SUX
Every time I hear my hard disk going berserk and whinning for 20 to 30 mins... when I look in Activity Monitor it is Logi options CAUSING the problem!! This software is complete ****... I'm going to un-install it.
