Updates sind nicht immer gut
Hallo Logotech,
was für ein Rückschritt.
Ich habe den Logitech SpotLight gekauft weil er etwas kann, was ich ihn mit einer nicht installationspflichtigen Software nutzen kann (Plug & Run).
Nach dem Update soll ich mich jetzt durch Nutzerportale / Smart Actions Anwendungen, etc. durchquälen und muss alles online anmelden.
UNMÖGLICH !!!
Es ist ein hochwertiger Presenter - keine Raketentechnik.
Das Update ist zwingend - 12 Stunden vor einer meiner wichtigsten Präsentationen kann ich mein Eigentum nicht mehr wie gewohnt nutzen, weil in Ihrem Hause jemand einen Traum von Weltherrschaft in der Welt der Anzeigegeräte hatte - geht`s noch???Ich muss…

side scroll rollers - not working for volume setup
version : 1.93.755984. MX Master 3S.
for years my mouse was working as expected, ie. just turning the side scroll rollers anytime any where without any clicking anywhere, will increase/reduce volume as setup'ed.
recently, i noticed that the above now fails [think just after the latest update], ie. it doesnt adjust volume until i either .. [1] click onto my pc screen or [2] open up the logi-app.
.. pls advise why so now?

USelesss lOGITECH eQUIPMENT
I bought a Logitech K850 Keyboard and M720 mouse. They will not connect and your software is a pile of ****. Why do you make it so complex. Bluetooth is just supposed to connect.

app problem
please note that every time I open my computer I have to open your app in order to use appreviations on my mouse and even if I open the app after an hour it closes

Your app updated and now it's kicking off my custom settings every 15 minutes unless I power off the mouse and power it back on (even though the app is showing my settings are as they should be), it's interfering with my ability to do my job and this should not happen with a simple update and this is not the first time, please stop breaking things that make your products work with bad software updates!

Eliminacion de opciones Contextuales del Logitech Craft en Options+
Eliminaron COMPLETAMENTE, las opciones Contextuales del teclado Logitech Craft, de la corona al girar izquierda o derecha y por lo tanto toda función táctil. Esas opciones contextuales de apps como Photoshop, Premiere o Lightroom CLassic es una de las principales razones por las que compramos el Craft.

Crash when Win11 in sleep
When I put my Win11 to sleep, the app usually crashes in the background, resulting in the thumb wheel of my MX Master 3S no longer working. I have to shoot the zombie task down via the task manager and restart it.

Product does not work consistently
The logi pop icon mouse and keyboard constantly unpair and then I have to find another keyboard to be able to get them repaired because I can't click anything with the mouse inactivated. Neither device will wake the computer from sleep even after wasting hours of my time going through your help section. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Unable to Add Icon to Switch Profile in Actions Ring
Why doesn't the Switch Profile action support icons? I can add an icon, but the Icon Color is grayed out in the Edit dialog, and the icon doesn't stick. "Color editing is not supported for custom images" is displayed, even when using a default icon. It seems only text is allowed. Please make it possible to add an icon to the Switch Profile action.
