Updates cause mouse settings to pause
It's really, really annoying that every time this app updates (automatically), none of my mouse settings are active until I re-open the Logi Options+ app again to clear away the update notes. This app is updated way super often, so it feels like every other day when I sit down to my computer, I never know if my mom will behave as it should. Please fix this.

Logi Options+ for Mac only recognizes 1 USB receiver at a time.
Hi, Logi Options+ for Mac only seems to recognize 1 Logitech receiver at a time. It will randomly only show me devices paired to My Universal receiver or Bolt receiver, but not both... even. though all my devices continue to work. Hope this gets fixed so all my devices can show up at the same time. Thanks.

Custom actions don't work until I open the options+ applications
The logi options+ has been worst lately, I have to set my custom actions every time. Once I close the options+ application, my custom settings won't work. I will have to open the options+ application again and then the custom settings will work. This is so frustrating. I hope you fix this issue sooner.

문제를 신고했는데 해결방법만 알려주어 여기에 남깁니다.
Macos 최신 버전에 Logi Options +어플리케이션에 MX Master 3S 마우스를 전부 최신 펌웨어 버전으로 사용 중입니다.
저는 마우스 휠 방향을 기본 설정인 '그대로'가 아닌 '표준'을 쓰고 싶으며 제스처 버튼을 활용한 데스크탑 이동(화면전환)을 기본 설정과 반대로 쓰고 싶은데 마우스 휠 방향 설정을 '표준'으로 쓰고 있을 떄에는 데스크탑 이동(화면전환)이 제대로 동작하지 않는 것을 확인했습니다.
마우스 휠 설정이 '그대로'일 때에는 제대로 동작하는 것 또한 확인 되어 이에 대해 문제를 신고 드립니다.

Smart Zoom not working
Smart Zoom feature - how is this suposed to work? I have configured the Smart Zoom action on my MX Master mouse - holding the thumb button + move up, but I am not able to get a reliable experience - sometimes the gesture zooms part of the document, in others - nothing happens... How I can control whether I zoom in/ out? Being able to zoom/pan the same way you can do on the Mac trackpad is very important IMO.

Mouse is lagging terribly
Mouse lag needs to be addressed. I have connected via USB-C, USB-A 2.0 and 3.0 and all result in severe mouse pointer lag

Ratchet to Freespin when Wheel mode-shift button is pressed after some mouse inactive time
When I use ratchet spin, suddenly there is a bug which automatically shifts back to freespin, this needs a fix after the mouse is inactive for some time and suddenly Wheel mode-shift is pressed

logioptionsplus_agent.exe blocks nvidia display mode change
When is the "applications blocking display mode change" bug going to be fixed? I have to go into task manager and kill logioptionsplus_agent.exe and other logi options tasks in order to get my graphics card to work right.

Desktop left/right, macOS 13.6.4

Not sure why, but theDesktop left/rightoptions stopped working recently.
My work computer is macOS 13.6.4 with the latest Logi Options, 1.64.527952. When I try to activate thedesktop left/rightactions, nothing happens. When I put any other actions on the same gestures, they work as expected. When I swap in my personal laptop (macOS 14.3.1, same version of Logi Options) with the same setup, theDesktop left/rightactions work as expected.
Perhaps there is an issue with the mapping from the Logi Optionsdesktop left/rightactions to the macOS 'swipe between full screen applications' actions in macOS…1 vote -
Nicht funktionierendes Scrollen
Ab und Zu kommt es vor, dass das Scrollen mit der Maus nicht richtig funktioniert. Wenn mann dann kurz auf ein anderes gerät schaltet und wieder zurück, dann klappt es wieder. Das selbe gilt auch für die MX Tastatur, indem die Lauter leiser tasten nicht funktionieren.

Hi! My MX Anywhere 3 does not seem to keep "Smart Shift" active after each subsequent disconnect from my computer – if there's a way for it to remember that setting, it would make life a lot easier

Logi options and unifying seem redundant
I have an M325S that uses unifying receiver and a waves key that uses bluetooth. They seem to interfere with each other. the logi options seems to help. Why do I need two apps to run a mouse and keyboard? Previously I had a unifying keyboard and mouse and they worked just fine. this seems like layer on layer of apps. While I like and have used logitech mice and keyboards for many years, I am looking for other hardware that is not such a pain in the neck to use. Thanks

버튼 커스터마이징할 때 어플리케이션 목록에 프로그램 나타나지 않을 때 어떻게 해결해야하나요??
처음 logi+를 설치하여 사용할 때는 엑셀, 워드, 파워포인트 등 각각의 ms 프로그램이 있어서 프로그램별로 커스텀을 따로 해서 사용했었는데,
노트북 포맷 후 logi+를 재설치 하고나니, m365로 나타나서 개별 프로그램에 대한 커스텀이 안되고 있습니다.
logi+를 사제했다가 재설치 해보고, 마우스 연결을 끊고 다시 연결해보기도 했지만 해결이 되고 있지 않아 문의를 남깁니다.1 vote -
