my mouse keeps on disconnecting and changes its setting to default, its very annoying

I bought my mx anywhere mouse because it had the best/fastest scrolling. Lately it seems to scroll backwards

Annoying bugs and app crashes
App has been crashing multiple times everyday and when it crashed, the side and thumb buttons setting as well as DPI setting are changed to default factory settings which suggests that the settings aren't stored on the mouse locally (why??) and horizontal scroll wheel also will not work if the app crashes. Additionally when I try to launch the app manually, quite frequently but not always, the app will have trouble to even connect to the mouse when I can still move and left and right click it on my computer, the app will display the message: "Backend connection problem…

Windows account switch makes the Logi app not working
Doesn't work when I switch between accounts in windows.
Sometimes the app just stops working for account after the switch and my custom mouse bindings for Master 2S are not working.2 votes -
Problem and backup issue.
Occassionaly, if a different user logs into the computer. Logi Options+ hangs and doesn't respond. I have to delete and reinstall Logi Options+. I do not backup automatically, but when I reinstall. it does an auto backup and overwrites the correct settings.

Terrible Software
Not sure what programmers were thinking creating this pile of **** app!! To much BS all I want is to control my mouse I don't care about the rest of all this nonsense included and uninstalling this garbage!!!

broke the keyboard shortcuts, now i can select only two key combinations,
i have multiple keyboard shortcuts mapped with 3 or more keys?

Calculator opening in background using MX Mouse custom gesture
In Logi Options+ custom gestures for MX Master mouse, Calculator opens in the background; I have to select it to bring it to the foreground to use it. However, the Calculator button the Ergo K860 pulls the Calculator up in the foreground and I can immediately begin keying in data/calculations without clicking anything. Each instance is minor, but I open the calculator a lot and wish it would open in the foreground using the mouse's custom gestures.

Unable to reprogram buttons using preset commands
I am unable to reprogram the keys of my keyboard and mouse with the preset features like muting and unmuting my mic , etc . Please look into the issue and fix it .

Application Hooks frequently disconnect causing me to lose video games
Application-specific settings magically stop working in the middle of games, which results in the game alt-tabbing out frequently and me losing said games because y'all can't write good software. Your software is trash and it doesn't keep it's hook on the executables. Your software is utter dog **** for gaming and you should be ashamed. I have smashed my MX Master Pro into my desk so hard because of your terrible software that it has left dents in the wood. FIX YOUR ****

Craft Keyboard Support
Please support the Craft keyboard. It has been over a year since I requested support and there still isnt anything. It's logitechs most expensive productivity keyboard and I'm not sure why it is not yet supported.
