Mac OS Launchpad issues
Hello. I just downloaded Logi Options+ Beta on Mac OS Monterrey 12.0.1 and the app puts 2 icons in the launchpad with no way to get rid of the one icon that doesn't work.

Keep the print screen button as print screen, not screen capture

Don't mess with Print Screen button.
The latest version broke the alt + print screen functionality.Keep the print screen button as print screen, not screen capture!!

Links in uservoice feedback does not work
None of the links in this uservoice box works. I would think they lead to the Logi Options uservoice page? But they don't open anything when clicked for me.

Inactive Mouse Mac
MX Master on mac is incredibly frustrating when the software just stops working all of a sudden and the mouse becomes "Inactive". The mouse still works, but all the features like gesture management stop working. This is a consistent problem, and every single logitech forum post that I will likely be linked to for submitting this feedback does not solve the issue. It usually just comes back after a restart or a few days of thinking about getting a new mouse.

Tech Support, Please
CHAT won't respond. I've been waiting for Call back for over an hour. Online link for help shows images I "should" see for fixing the problem that don't show up on my screen. MX Keys for Mac: randomly just loses its connection to the computer for several minutes at a time. Then it will just start up again. And as I said, the online "help" link does not help, and I have not been able to make contact with a customer support rep.

Won't recognize connected device
on the Good Morning screen, It's saying connect device, but my mouse is connected.
Doesn't appear there is any option to rectify this. I have already disconnected and reconnected the device and it did not solve the problem.

Logi Options+ not working any more after upgrading Macos Monterey
Hello. After upgrading to Macos Monterey (12.2.1), Logi Options+ (Beta) started not working after each time locking the screen. It's written "FIX DEVICE" on MX Master 3 mouse and it's written "Restart Computer. loginwindow is preventing the device from being recognized..." in the description. I kindly ask you to look into this problem. I need a restart each time I logged in. Thanks.

It happens very often that the app just won't load, causing all my custom config not working. Then would I buy this mouse???

my mouse is MX Master 3 but the app can't detect it. Even if i reconnect it for multiple times.

Print screen key bugged since last update
I use Lightshot as my preferred screenshot app. Since the last update, the Print Screen key in my MX Keys opens the Snip & Skecth app instead of Lightshot, even if the app is configured to capture the key press

Duplicate app icons in Launchpad
For some reason, the launchpad keep showing two duplicate "Logi Options +" icons after every single MacOS (Monterey) update, I not sure if it only happens on Monterey update or all MacOS update in general.
My current workaround is to remove the icons from the launchpad via command
sqlite3 $(find /private/var/folders \( -name com.apple.dock.launchpad -a -user $USER \) 2> /dev/null)/db/db "DELETE FROM apps WHERE title='Logi Options+';" && killall Dock
Then add the app to the launchpad again.1 vote -
Logitech Options+ Issue
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich kann derzeit den vollen Funktionsumfang meiner MX Keys Tastatur sowie meiner MX Master 3 nicht nutzen, da Ihre Logitech Options+ Software nur eine Fehlermeldung auswirft "logitech options backend connection problem". Ich bitte um Unterstützung.

Mouse Lags
I experience lags daily where the mouse pointer jumps as I move. My mouse is close enough, so distance from the receiver is not the problem.
