1. unrequested switching to alternate device

   currently I only have 1 device linked to my MX keys for Mac keyboard. It keeps switching out and losing my input! How do I stop this happening

2. Universal Control Issues

   My shift and command keys do not work on my iPad when I using Universal Control from my Mac to my iPad. These keys did not work with Logi Options either. When using Logi Options, I also cannot scroll on my iPad, but with Options +, I am now able to scroll.

3. M1 MBP + W10 Flow: 2 switches before broken

   M1 MBP + W10. If I'm connected to MBP with Mx Keys and Master 3, Flow breaks after 2 switches and I can't connect to W10 computer. If I start on W10 and start Flow, I get 2 switches before my mouse and keyboard won't respond to either computer until restart. I have the most up to date Options+ and this is totally unusable right now.

5. Buggy scrolling going upwards.

   Terrible software, mouse scroll is laggy and annoying. One big scroll down a page, then scrolling back up bugs out allowing for small buggy scrolling. Or sometimes, causing it to stop scrolling at all. I found other people are having the same issue. Please see the following video from 0s - around 9s. 6. MX master 3 for mac only works sometimes with logi options+

   even though you never let me know about any of my feedback, I will give a last attempt at this futile system.
   I use an MX master mouse for mac and set up my preferred actions for buttons et cetera. Quite simply: they work 50% of the time; the other half of the time they buttons either do nothing or execute a different (standard?) action. And yes I updated everything possible.
   This altogether defeats the purpose of spending so much money on a fancy mouse with many buttons, if they don't work. Mind you, the buttons work fine - it this silly software that is as efficient as always betting on black and expecting to win at every turn. I tried many combinations of workarounds and sometimes I manage to "wake the mouse up" or whatever, for a while. But this takes up work time, and I'm fed up. Can you simply make it so the app you provide with this mouse actually works and without fail? Worry about the cosmetics later, we intend to use the mouse to work. Thank you very much

8. 拇指滚轮左右移动在excel中失效，并且方向相反

   win10 64位操作系统，32位office365。
   1、excel 对合并单元格不能只选择一列。
   2、拇指滚轮设置左右滚动，移动方向和其他程序中相反。

10. M1 flow not functional

    Flow on the M1 macbook is just totally useless right now. Had to restart both devices just to get them working again. You guys should 100% let it be known that this feature is not supported on M1 macbook yet

11. Firmware fails

14. Vivaldi使用中にスクロールホイールの機能不可

    ブラウザーのVivaldiとの互換性は低いです。タブ間のスクロール設定は機能していません。キーボードショートカットのCTRL＋ページダウン、またはCTRL+ページアップを利用しても、必ずしも常に正しく機能すろとは限っていないので、パソコン全体を再起動する必要があります。にもかかわらず、問題が解消されないときがあります。修正の程、宜しくお願いいたします。<(_ _)>

18. Logitech Options Failure to Connect Renders Logitech Hardware Non-functional.

    Can't change settings on MX Keys or MX Master 3 because Logi Options shows "Download Failed" "Check Network" on each devices icon. It's wildly ridiculous to find out that my mouse and keyboard from you are effectively "always on" devices that require an internet connection to function (and everything else on my network is connected just fine by the way). While it may work as it was set before the Options program started failing to connect, I am unable to change any settings whatsoever which renders the devices 100% and objectively non-functional. I'm typing this to you on a Steelseries Apex Pro, and after all the trouble I've had with the MX Series and customer service related to it, I don't think I'll be giving Logitech any more chances unless they have something to offer me in exchange for my hundreds of dollars in non-functional Logitech hardware, all of which is less than a year old.
