Jullie app veroorzaakt problemen in Adobe
Jullie programma veroorzaakt -blijkbaar al jaren!- een irritante pop-up in Adobe programma's. Bij mij in bijvoorbeeld Adobe Première Pro. En niet een keer, maar steeds!
In de Adobe community zijn daar al jaren berichten over. Het kan jullie niet ontgaan zijn.
Waarom fixen jullie dat niet? Het is zo irritant dat ik wil stoppen met het gebruik van jullie app.

맥과 윈도우 로지텍 플로우 전환 시 오류
로지텍 플로우 MX KEYS 랑 MX MASTER 3 사용하고 있는데, 자꾸 장치오류 뜨고, 수정버튼 누르면, 마우스 껐다켜라고 안내 하는데, 이 부분 정확히 어느 부분이 해결되야 문제가 발생하지 않는 건지 궁금해서 질문 남깁니다.

Apple MacBook M1 Problem
I have MX Keys and MX Master 3. I was using the equipment with Windows 10 in HP Laptop. It was working perfect.However, I have changed my laptop as Macbook Pro M1 Cpu. Then I'm facing problem with the M1 macbook. Frequently, mouse and keybord freezing. Does not respond to changes. Sometimes it works brokenly. Like poor bluetooth connection. For example right now, my mouse stopped working and it looks INACTIVE in Logi Options+. Constantly between inactive and active.

Outlook Customizations not working after last update
Hi,
The customizations for the Outlook app are not working since the update to the new version yesterday. I have tried removing and adding it again, no success.

Show/hide Desktop on MX Master 3 for Mac bug
I have the Gestures thumb button on my MX Master 3 for Mac custom configured to Show/hide Desktop when pressed. This only works when Logi Options is open and is the active app (frontmost window). If anyone other window has focus, the button instead triggers Mission Control.

Suddenly very inconsistent over weekend of Apr 23, 2022
Natural scrolling very slow and choppy on Mac OS 12 running on Mac Studio with MX Master 3. Settings like custom key combinations are forgotten by the mouse randomly.

Features Don't Work
Can't use any "features" other than basic. MX Master 3 mouse remains Inactive. Older MX Master 2 mouse "features" don't work either. Intel Mac, M1 Mac. Gesture button is a nice concept. Doesn't work. Logitech either doesn't test or doesn't care that these "features" don't work. Disappointing.

it's been a while since I'm using the Logi Options+. Sometimes the mouse does something strange. For example in Safari the horizontal scroll instead of changing tabs, acts as TAB and I should reboot my mac to make it work properly again.

Wann kann ich die Logi Maus Master 2S auch hierrüber konfigurieren? Leider funktioniert die Logi Maus im alten Option nicht wunschgemäss. Ich kann die Lautstärke nicht mehr mit dem Daumenrad einstellen. Schade...1 vote -
Aussetzer MacMini M1
Hallo, am MacMini M1 habe ich mit meiner Maus (MX Master 3 Mac) immer wieder lästige Aussetzer gehabt. Zufällig habe ich in einem Forum eine Lösung gefunden: Am Mac "Handoff" ausschalten. Vielleicht könntet ihr diesen Bug noch beheben. Danke! Sonst super zufrieden :)

Print Screen Shortcut Wrong Behavior
Assigning the Keyboard Shortcut "Windows key + PrintScreen" to a button on MX Master 3 (and assuming all others) only works to execute a PrintScreen screenshot when the Logi Options+ program is open and the active window over other programs. If Logi Options+ is not open and active window, the shortcut button opens the Snip & Sketch program within Windows, which isn't the assigned behavior.
This seems to be a common complaint, as seen in my research of this issue. Several Reddit posts mentioned this odd behavior. Would much appreciate a fix in an upcoming update. Thanks

Scroll wheel settings reset
Logi Options+ doesn't work correctly on MacOS. Every day it resets Scroll Wheel settings and I have to restore them from backup or set again manually. Is there any way it can be fixed?

MX Anywhere 3 Stop using snagit as default screen capture
I have snagit screen capture installed on my pc. I also have the custom button on my MX Anywhere 3 set to capture screenshots. Up until the latest update, it would use snagit to capture screenshots as long as the snagit application was open. Now, the mouse defaults to the windows snip it tool, which is highly inconvenient. Is there a way to set snagit as the default capture on the mouse? When I hit print screen on my bluetooth keyboard or on my laptop, it defaults to snagit also, so only the MX Anywhere 3 is giving me an…

Unresponsive post-update to Monterrey Mac OS
Where do I start... Virtually none of the native functions whether the mouse or keyboard don't work as intended ever since updating the OS to Monterrey. It seems like the problems are never-ending between having to replace my mouse after the 'gesture' button stopped working and now the same button is lagging out, not responding, etc. I can't switch screens reliably without it lagging, doing nothing, or skipping through a screen or two. If there's known problems communicating with the new Mac OS, it'd be great to receieve an email or something that would have either troubleshooting options or Logitech's…

Scroll Wheel Stops Working on Mac
My scroll wheel stops working on Mac. I go into activity monitor and see the logi + "not responding". This happens every day.

Scrollling directions make only partial sense.
Hi guys,
I have the MX518 since decades on my Mac. Now I replaced it with the Master 3. There is one thing different which makes no sense and is, for me, annyoing. I scroll like a fighter pilot up and down, you call this "Natürlich", and it works as it should. But when I zoom into the screen to magnify things I want read, it behaves the opposite then the old, venerable 518. I know have to scroll "back", to zoom "in", and vice versa. That makes no sense, "zoom in" should be scrolling towards the screen, not away…1 vote
