4. Is it possible to have a battery % indicator for MX Master 3 and MX Keys for Mac in a future update?

5. LOGITECH HAS BECOME LOGIGARBAGE

   Logitech used to great, but now it's garbage. Updates for a mouse? A keyboard? Seriously? My new mouse is a POS. Left clicks barely work, Right clicks are a hair-trigger (breathe on it at it opens). Pure garbage. All I want is a mouse that does what it's supposed to do.. point/click/done. I won't buy another Logitech anything. Waste of $$.

6. A director and power user's 3 most important suggestion

   I am a power user. Two important ideas:
   1) SECOND FUNCTIONALITY: Enable the use of SHIFT, CMD etc. modifier keys alongside your custom shortcut keys to expand functionality with a second shortcut. This approach effectively doubles the available options without requiring additional physical buttons.

   As an example, let’s say I assign a custom shortcut to the 'Screen Capture' key. (eg. I use it to export Layer Comps in Photoshop). It would be even better if I could assign a secondary functionality to by using the 'Screen Capture' key in combination with the SHIFT key, for instance. For example, I would use it for another special export command in Photoshop.

   This would also has a positive side-effect: Allowing a secondary shortcut with modifiers like SHIFT would also preserve some important default system functionalities—such as adjusting the volume—while still enabling custom shortcuts using the volume buttons.

   2) NOTES: Let me add notes whenever I create a keyboard shortcut. (just a small empty field under the shortcut). Since we all use many apps, many users will eventually forget what a custom shortcut key is meant to do. Having the ability to include notes would make it much easier to remember their purpose.

   3) Allow the user to export the settings to a local file, and import these settings back in case the user needs to reinstall the system or he/she buys a new Mac.

9. Very disappointed

   I am incredibly disappointed that you have not maintained the G series keyboards software. I'm currently using a Mac on the latest OS and have no way to utilize my memory key functions on my G510S.

10. How to rename devices?

    I have 2 of the same mouse. I wish I could rename them in Windows Bluetooth devices so I can tell which one I am managing.
    Is it possible? I could not find how trename it in the Logi Options+ software. Thanks for any help.

11. keyboards

    Please start manufacturing the k 830 backlit rechargeable keyboard. I can't begin to tell how awesome this keyboard is. I've still got one left, but the charging port is starting to get wanky. A lot of people feel it was a bad decision on your part to discontinue this keyboard. As is apparent on the feedback . It's backlit and rechargeable it's awesome MAKE MORE!!!

    Please turn off the on screen pop ups for toggling caps lock. I've been driving myself crazy for a week trying to turn it off thinking it was HP software when it's been this app the whole time.

16. 오프라인 상태서 매핑 메모리

    회사 보안문제로 로지텍플러스 접속이 안되요. 그래서 매핑해놓은 키들도 연동이 안 됩니다. 그냥 오프라인상태에서도 매핑해 놓은 걸 쓸 수 있도록 해주세요. 매번 부팅할때마다 새로 설정을 해줘야 해요.

17. Can not switch all devices

    I know that I can not switch both with one click only.. I do not understand why you not support the most obvious.

    I am using the set on my PC and MAC and often switch within one hour because of workflow. I bought this as I thought it would work… But does not. And again, I do not understand why you do not support the obvious.

    Next: Your Flow option does not really work.. It is a drag honestly. I tried and switch back.

    I even now swiitch back to my MAC keyboard and SPARTA Mouse for the Mac, as it is much faster and easier to just swap Keyboard and mouse than switch the mouse permanently pick up and press the button continuously.. it is sort of a frustrating experience.. and from all the answers I get, I feel like you sacrifice the option to switch with ONE KLICK only for all to support and push for Flow… I hate it.

19. Ergo K860: Please detach number pad in next version

    Absolutely love the Ergo K860 keyboard.

    Request: Can you please make a version with a detached number pad?

    Would be happy to buy the number pad separately. The current rent integrated design forces the A-Z letters too far left of center. I cannot move my keyboard to the right any further (a) because of my keyboard tray, and (b) doing so would push my mouse too far right.
