My idea is that instead of worrying about incorporating ai you worry more about software that actually works, and you make it recognize all previous devices not just the newest generations. I just had to download the unifying software you don't control anymore because for some reason i had to re pair my keyboard (k350), my mouse (m570) not needing a re pairing worked but logi Options wont pair or link and show either of the devices only the receiver but any attempts to re pair the keyboard to the receiver failed or recognize it or the mouse and be able to customize buttons failed... fixed the keyboard with the unifying software in under 5 seconds flat... now they both both work... So i went back into Logi options click the receiver for the keyboard, turn off and on the keyboard, it never recognizes it, the logitech trackball mouse (m570) is the same way... If your going to make software for your devices then make it as easy to use and effective as the device it connecting too, you used too, i still have the original wireless logitech keyboard on my main computer from when i was 13 I'm now 36 paired with a newer ergo m575, my entire family uses logitech, the computer I'm using to type this is a k350 keyboard with a m570 trackball... it always worked and didn't give a lot of fuss and if it did it was reduced range because the battery probably low... Please don't be like other companies like microsoft and become so disconnected from what the people you've been serving actually want that they don't even want to use you... "They don't make it like they used too", right, so be the ones who did, before adding new features make sure it doesn't take from the old and all of it functions without headache for the end user... that's why your brand has the following it does... Also from my experience people who have never used a trackball "hate" them, but its like driving a stick shift tansmission, once you try it and learn it a little youll never go back... So can we have some good trackball mouse/keyboard bundels where I don't end up having to buy a mouse/keyboard bundel and a trackball, and trash, give away, or keep for a spare the mouse that i got stuck with from the bundle... better bundles for trackball users, software that actually is worth something especially for the products/people its intended for, please
