I use MX Creative Dialpad quite extensively with Premiere Pro and After Effects and I love it so far, do I decided to share a few thoughts for the future versions of this unit.

1) On the main wheel, it would be nice to have a recess(es) or grooves for fingers, like here on Sony deck. It spins so easy and sometimes you can't tell, is it you turning it or is it the wheel stuck and your finger is just sliding on it, so you need to put some extra pressure to feel that you actually turn it :)
Same goes for the side of the wheel, I feel like i want some more grip, maybe a bit ridged surface?
2) In Premiere Pro/After Effects I have this wheel customized for jog through timeline. When you want your timeline zoomed out, it's quite hard to go just one frame backward or forward, since the wheel doesn't give that "steppy" feeling like mouse wheel. It would be super crazy useful, if you'd implement the same solution you have with the wheel and shift wheel mode button (top button) on your MX Master 3S mouse.
3) It also be very handy, if that wheel would work as a button as well (again, just like the mouse wheel)
