I brought this keyboard because it has backlit keys, but mostly they don't work. It seems at night they are on sometimes. In the daytime. They are not on and when I turn on the light the F3 button, all I get is a backlit symbol with an X through it. Please correct I understand the keys turn off when not in use. I'm all good with that. I just want the keys to have backlit. When I put my hand on them, I don't want it turning off ever when I'm using the keyboard. That's the whole point of backlit keys. Fix it.!!! pklease provide support to my email to fix this
