While a keyboard is understandable to anyone who has used a computer, it might be good to have some introductory commentary. Also, I was offered a replacement insurance if keyboard fails within two years? If it fails within two years, I wouldn't want Best Buys to give me another same model. Quality control counts for me. My Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard failed after five years and I certainly don't want another one.
