UP/DOWN VOLUME BUTTONS
Each and EVERYTIME I attempt to utilize my Up/Down Volume buttons, WITHOUT FIRST moving my 'Cursor', the 'App' that I am using, usually a Streaming or Video App, will 'Close' forcing me to re-open the app, find the movie and begin again where I left off. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This happens on BOTH my computers AND BOTH Trackballs that I own... ie, my Desktop AND, my Laptop that is connected to my new Fire TV. Prior to my new Fire TV I was using a Visio, and I had the exact same problem. It should be noted, that I am NOT pushing Any Other Buttons on the Track-ball EXCEPT THE UP/DOWN VOLUME BUTTONS.
