The keyboard keeps freezing up during use with excel. You really should have more information out on the internet on what to do when this happens. It just took me three hours of trial and error to figure out how to get this going again, just tonight. On top of another three hours last night of fighting with using a screen keyboard to type. In the middle of a NASTY divorce and needing to get things done by TONIGHT to get things into my attorney. NOT good timing to have my $110 keyboard freeze up on me! And 24/7 chat support that doesn't get to a person isn't really support! FYI
