Support 100% sucks both chat and phone call.

Chat does not even have my keyboard, K540. I am angry as **** over Logi hijacking my print screen button. This is a known issue with many complaints on Redditt and other places. It does not seem to be in your phone support database because the person who answered was totally clueless. I cannot fathom Logi hijacking my print screen button and the way to fix it is STOP doing it, not some cludge that I cannot figure out how to do.
