I'm no expert but I have noticed that when logi+ doesn't seem to be working I start the backend and it just spins not loading? I now open Process Explorer in admin mode find "Logi Options+ Updater" and kill process which then finishes an update or restarts it and the backend then loads showing latest release notes. This leads me to believe the update process is not completing unless maybe you restart PC or Logi Options+ Updater.
I'm running Surface Pro Windows 10.
I know there are other similar posts hopefully this helps some until it's fixed.
