M720 mouse with brand new Windows 11 and none of the buttons do anything that they've been set to do in Options+. They do things but what they do when pressed I know not. I have tried both BT and unifying receiver and get the same result. It doesn't matter if I am in an app or just using Windows - programmed functions do not work. I have tried assigning 'Copy' to the left-tilt 3 di9fferent ways with the same result. And it's not like I haven't been doing this for the last 15 years or so. It's always messed up whatever you folks are doing. The hardware feels solid and the UI makes sense; it's just that nothing ever works. Great ideas and really stupid builds.
