FLOW切換BUG

使用FLOW的ctrl+螢幕邊緣切換裝置的功能，會造成切換後的裝置Ctrl被判定為持續按壓，需再按壓一次Ctrl才能恢復，這會造成原本要打字結果按到一堆快捷鍵
