Every so often my Mac's RX Master 3S loses it's custom settings. I have to rerun the app, watch the stupid "Configuring" animation, eventually give up, and reboot my Mac and then restart your software and basically do a bunch of stupid stuff to get it working again. This is top quality equipment being serviced by poor quality software.
