I am not sure why, but both the mouse and keyboard randomly disconnect multiple times each day from my laptop. But when I open the Logi Options+ app, they reconnect to my laptop. Over the past couple of weeks I have used the "Send Bluetooth Report" checking the "My device frequently loses connection" box. I have check the Driver on my laptop and it is up-to-date. I even removed the keyboard and mouse from my laptop once, but this issue continues to happen. It is becoming extremely frustrating.
