The Logioptions+ software does not recognize keyboard inputs when I am trying to assign a keystroke or smart actions to either the mouse or keyboard., I have tried reaching out to support and they have no idea what to do. If you google the issue it seems that many people have the same issue. You are not doing anything to support the user base that is having this issue. The people who need this are most likely power users and there has been nothing done by Logitech over the years to fix it. Please do a better job of supporting your customers.
