This is useless. It doesn't see my Performance MX when it asks me to turn it off and on. The Firmware update for the Performance MX crashes to the desktop seconds after opening it (Windows 10, tried 32 and 64 bit). Options (not Options+) doesn't see the Performance MX even though it sees it in the Chrome window that it opens. This is just incredibly buggy software. I thought about upgrading to a newer mouse, but not if this is the experience.
