I’m experiencing an issue with my Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac. I’ve programmed the side buttons for common shortcuts, specifically Copy and Paste, to streamline my workflow as I often transfer data between my local machine and an RDP session. Currently, the Paste shortcut is set to Ctrl+V, but when I attempt to use it in an RDP session (for instance, in Notepad), it simply types “v.” The only way to make it work is by manually pressing Ctrl on the keyboard while using the button—defeating the purpose of having a shortcut.

I’ve noticed that this is a frequent issue among users, as reported online. While there seems to be a workaround using external software such as “Mac Mouse Fix,” I would prefer if the Logitech software provided a native solution, given the longevity of this issue.
Is there an update or fix planned for this? I would appreciate any guidance you could offer.
