I love and hate your keyboards and mice. Starting from the ridiculous labels underneath some of your keyboards like the ERGO K860 that can't be read except at an angle and makes my life miserable. Your new encrypted dongles are not compatible with older products which is ridiculous too, why can't you just alert your users that their connection isn't encrypted rather than not allowing them to connect their older devices? Pairing one keyboard with multiple devices has always been a hassle. Multiple software for the same thing is beyond ridiculous... Logitech Options (hybrid web and desktop-unnecessarily complex), and Logitech Options+... Why can't you have a single software for everything??? Why can't you also have a software that can clearly show you what the heck is paired with the dongles similar to older pairing software?? Why can't your software allow us to identify each dongle with a description so that they can be distinguished from each other rather than "USB Receiver" for each USB receiver you have connected?! The whole pairing process sucks, especially when you have multiple computers. For a single computer it's all magic, but **** breaks lose when you have multiple computers. Your users need VISIBILITY, CONTROL, FUNCIONATLITY, CONVENIENCE rather than software UX "good looks". I'm considering moving back to cable attached peripherals until you fix this wireless mess.
