Subject: Discrete GPU Usage by Logi Options+ Causing Excessive Battery Drain on MacBook Pro 16" (2019)

I'm experiencing an issue with excessive energy consumption on my MacBook Pro 16" (2019, Intel-based) with the AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB discrete GPU. Here are the details:

I recently installed Logi Options+ on my Mac, added it to the Login items and Extensions. After doing this, I noticed that my MacBook Pro is continuously using the discrete GPU instead of switching to the integrated GPU when not needed. I use the gfxCardStatus application to monitor GPU usage, and it shows that logioptionsplus_daemon is actively utilizing the AMD Radeon Pro 5500M, leading to abnormal power usage even during light tasks.

This behavior significantly impacts my battery life, as the discrete GPU remains engaged unnecessarily. Could you please advise on how to prevent Logi Options+ from forcing discrete GPU usage or provide a workaround?
