MX Creative Console Not Detecting

Just Downloaded the new update to try out my new MX Creative Console, with the latest update saying that it is now compatible so i connected it all to the computer and it is not getting detected by the Logi Options software and not showing up after restarting the device, the computer and uninstalling and reinstalling the software

    Reinstall the whole app anew. Helped in my case.

    Same here. The dial connected via BT, no issue (tho not visible in the Logi app), but the other pad keeps prompting for the app DL, but that does not help. Windows 11 (with all the updates), newest version of Logi+
