LOGI OPTIONS+ APP

I've been a Logi Options+ Application user for a good 6+ months now and I have unfortunately had a number of issues with the app itself, not to mention getting the right support to fix the (same persistent) issues.
What typically happens is that I notice my mouse's custom settings aren't working on my computer, so I open the Logi Options+ Application. If the application loads to the 'dashboard' screen where you see your connected devices, my devices don't ever stop loading in 'configuration". this exact situation has happened numerous times and I have fully uninstalled and completely reinstalled the application numerous times on a number of devices, a number of times over the last 6 months. For the prices that i've paid for the devices, experiencing (multiple) issues within the first 3-6 months is way too soon!
As this is a lengthy process to uninstall and reinstall, reconnect, reconfigure and reset up my devices, not to mention I am doing all of this when I should be doing work and being productive... as these are what these products are intended for.
Additionally, since it is a lengthy process I often reach out to support for an easier/faster solution, as this MUST be an issue that other users are dealing with as well. Often I am not connected with an agent from support for some reason, and there is never an option for support regarding the application either. Even if I am told i am going to be connected with someone it takes 30+ minutes if at all, with responses that take over 10 minute intervals.
I'm hoping that this feedback is taken seriously and looked into as constructive criticism as these can be truly great products that I hope to see improve.
