Not inverted after switching Windows 11 user to another one.

I set my Logitech mouse's scroll wheel inverted by this "Logi Options+" app.

After switching my Windows 11 user to another one, this Logitech mouse ignores the inverted setting and behave as "standard" wheel direction, even the app's setting shows as "inverted". And I set as "standard" from "inverted" and set again as "inverted", then the mouse wheel behaves as "inverted", expectedly.
