Options+ loses keyboard shortcuts when they are set to combo keys, such as CMD+[ CMD+d etc. It stops using the CMD combo key and just outputs the '[' or 'd' part of the combo shortcut.
The only way to get it back is to either restart the machine or sometimes I can run this command in Terminal and force it to reload the driver until the next time it stops working.
$ sudo pkill -9 logioptionsplus_agent
