MX Keys Inactive State Causes Programming Loss
Using options+, my MX Keys keyboard becomes inactive after a few moments. As a writer, I have programmed this keyboard in unique ways for each of the many apps I use - Google Chrome, MS Office apps, Thunderbird mail client, etc. It's a great feature. When the keyboard becomes inactive after a few moments, the programming is lost and is not activated until I press a key or otherwise touch the keyboard. Unfortunately, the first keystroke I enter, if it is a programmed key, does not retain its programming and returns to its default programming. The keystroke, as I have programmed it, is therefore lost. This is annoying in the extreme. Why does Logitech even offer the programming feature if it is lost every few moments and does not recover quickly enough to be useful?
