I am using MX KEYS keyboard and I would like to consult you about the problem I am experiencing.

1. The keyboard lights are constantly flashing. What does this mean? It is a very disturbing situation. At first, I thought it was a battery level problem.

When I bring my second hand closer, the lights should turn on, but I have to touch the button first, which is a problem.
3. In the dark of the night, even when the computer is completely turned off, random lights flash like flashes, which is a disturbing situation during sleep.
