First my MX Master 3s wasn't responding to the settings I saved for it. Usually opening Logi Options + manually solves that problem.

However, this time, Logi Options + got stuck in the first loading screen. I tried closing it (cmd+Q) and reopening it as well as force-quitting the application, but neither worked.

It seems to be back to normal after a full computer restart, but it's already the second time I have to restart the whole computer to fix logi options +, so I'm sharing it in hopes that it helps (though I don't have much more diagnostic information unfortunately).
