Horizontal Scroll Wheel as Vertical

I have arthritis, which makes using the scroll wheel very difficult with my pointer finger. It would be great if I was able to use the horizontal scroll wheel on my MX Master 3s as a vertical scroll wheel instead. Thank you!

    I see a great many people in need of this feature..... Is it really that hard to do? Our fingers hurt and we all bought this mouse with the idea that it is possible.....
