When I have the static lighting option turned on for my keyboard, the lighting turns off if I don't have my hands on the keyboard and turns back on when I place my hands back on the keyboard. This has become an issue when I study in a dark environment as I can't see the keys when the backlight turns off. Also, when I'm done working on my computer, the backlight remains on 24/7 which drains the battery. Could you please allow for the option of constantly keeping the backlight on while the keyboard is being used and having it turn off when the computer is turned off?
