I tried it all, using Advanced uninstall. No change.
I used this mouse on an iMac 5K with this set up under MacOS Ventura current version and it was working perfectly.

I upgraded to a Mac Studio M2 Max with macOS Sonoma, now 14.2.1 and it does’t work anymore.
Screen capture to a file or to the clipboard just capture the desktop background as it doesn’t see any window on top of the desktop. Mac default Capture app works perfectly fine.
