Since the beginning of this year, Logi Options+ has not supported either the MX Keys S or the MX Master 3S when checking for firmware updates no matter how the devices are connected to the system (bluetooth or Bolt USB Receiver). There are newer firmware versions for the devices. How are your users supposed to apply those firmware updates if you do not distribute software capable of doing so?

PS; This isn't a me problem. It's EVERYONE who owns the 2 devices I stated above. There is an absolutely horrendous lack of knowledge your customer support reps have about KNOWN bugs and issues since Logitech clearly does not provide their frontline staff with proper tools and information to do their jobs. The inability to apply firmware to the 2 products above is noted in countless places in your forums and on Reddit. With a baffling number of completely contradicting responses by Logitechs very own support reps showcasing how very much their employer ensures that they are kept in the dark about prevalent, active support issues. Great job in managing your support teams and ensuring they endlessly spread misinformation, Logitech.
