This happened to me as well with the MX Master 3S and the (legendary) K740 wired illuminated keyboard. I had the keyboard on a USB 3.2 hub and my MacBook Pro and the mouse on Bluetooth channel 1. When I switched the USB hub to my Windows desktop and changed the mouse to channel 2, the cursor froze and all keys except Ctrl+Alt+Delete stopped working whenever I was logged in. So I could open task manager after Ctrl+Alt+Delete but could not scroll or key through it...and everything worked fine at the Windows 11 login screen. I tried restarting, changing to another user profile, unplugging all other peripherals, plugging in a wired mouse, switching to the Unifying USB receiver, turning off nearby Bluetooth from my Mac...nothing. I thought I'd have to launch recovery or safe mode for a second until I tried switching to the OEM wired keyboard during my 6th or 7th restart. Once I got the (wired) mouse back, I figured I'd try the Unifying receiver instead of Bluetooth for my windows setup, but I couldn't get the MX 3s to connect to the Unifying receiver at all (tried 2 versions of Logi Options, Unifying software, a 3rd logitech tool that uses Chrome to add a device for wireless connect, tested on 2 rear USB ports and my side port closest to my mouse pad, deleted drivers in Device Manager....again, no luck!). So yeah, I'm returning the mouse since that was too severe of an issue for my taste.

I have the same issue with my MX Keys Mini. When I try wake up my laptop (with windows 11) after screen is turned off and device go to sleep mode , windows crashes.
