I like to have my mouse wheel ratchet and it drives me nuts that sometimes is turns itself off. To fix this, I either have to turn my mouse off and back on again or I have to pull up the logi app and reapply my ratchet setting back. I shouldn't have to do this. Please look into this issue. I believe, but I could be wrong, it's the interaction with certain applications that causes this to happen. For example, Visual Studio. It doesn't happen every time I am working in VS but it seems to happen more frequently. There are times it does it over and over, non-stop. For example, I will be in VS typing some code (via my MX Keys) and then proceed to scroll down the page and my wheel ratchet is back off again. I turn off my mouse and turn it back on and my rachet is back. Very annoying glitch.
