I would describe Logitech as making great hardware, but horrible software.

I always have issues with Logitech software, like settings changing on their own within Logioptions, along with many others online also reporting this issue. Another problem is your Backup and restore settings feature is USELESS. For example, I backed up all my settings and then needed to reinstall the logioptions plus software. After removing the old software and installing the new version, I turned on backup, logged into my account and it immediately backup up the new 'blank' settings from the fresh install and overwrote all of my previously backed up settings. Now I have no way to restore all of my app settings. Who tested this? it's ****. I make my case, great hardware but ruined by a poor software team. No more business coming from me. I won't buy your hardware anymore.
