Dear Logitech, I have a Logitech MX master 3 mouse and Windows 10. I also have the latest version of Logy Options+ application. It often happens when mouse is in free spin mode that it switches to ratchet mode by itself. This is annoying. After that I turn the mouse off and on again and everything functions as it should again. Please do something about it. Thank you in advance,
