keyboard works k650 but can not makes changes??

is it true no more needed logi bolt because options+ enough, then just put bolt usb and use devides?
Then i installed logi optinons+ but it does not shom my keyboard (logi signature k650)? anyway, keyboard seems to work? but i can not make changes if would need?
