The way shortcuts are added to the mouse should be fully reworked. A system where you can drag and drop, switch, replace shortcuts between the same key or others would be ideal.

scenario... lets say were using gestures with all 5 hotkeys on one key. We have custom shortcuts for each key made as well.. over time though we realize that if the shortcuts were positioned differently it would work better ... currently you would have to completely remake each shortcut.. this prolly would force screenshots to be taken etc since many times shortcuts use complex key combinations.

In the new system you would simply just drag the shortcut to the new position... prompting a swap or replace tooltip.

In addition you could allow some of these shortcuts to be saved for a later date instead of just deleting them and forgetting
