On a Windows 11 PC, when I try to shutdown or restart it, I occasionally get a message where a generic app called "t" needs to be closed before the PC can be turned off. A Google search shows that this app is part of Logitech Options+. If I uninstall Options+, this problem goes away. The version I'm on is 1.40.402749.
