You need to find a way to remove the dependence on network connectivity/firewall for flow. Maybe:
- pair the mouse and keyboard to each other so one click will switch both
- allow user to configure the IP:Port of the flow systems manually
- allow corp IT to enable flow, but disable the copy/paste between systems

As it is, I am no longer able to use flow on my corporate laptop
