Been having problems using this on Windows 11 with my MX3. It would run after a fresh install using 'Run as administrator' but then would stop working after a restart. Then after reading some stuff on how to fix it on Mac, I tried stopping the Logi Agent in Task Manager and then re-running Logi Options + as administrator. That solution works!
