I use the Dvorak keyboard layout with the MX Ergo. The keyboard works just fine however the mouse button mappings do not. I have the two buttons on the Ergo set to copy and paste. This was working mostly fine on in the old Logitech Options app but the new Options+ one does not map copy and paste correctly when using the Dvorak layout. If I swap the layout back to QWERTY then copy/paste work just fine. This behavior is the same on MacOS and on Windows.
