I've got the same issue as previously reported by others (and responded as fixed in November 2021) - two Logi Options+ icons - one works, the other doesn't. MacBookPro (2022) running macOS13.3.1 (Ventura). Logi Options+ reports latest version 1.36.38785.

Searching Finder, I can see three Logi Options+.app files:
One is in the main Applications folder;
Two are in the Users/Shared/LogiOptionsPlus/depots/163700/logioptionsplus folder (one reports 408.8MB and version 1.32.366807; the other 192.8MB and no version). Both show the same creation date (3 February 2023); last opened dates are recent - the 408.8MB one seems to coincide with the actual app usage.
