When I charge my MX Master 3S, it only charges to 90% after charging overnight. If I unplug it and then plug it back in for a few minutes, it finishes charging to 100%. It may not be that the battery doesn't charge to 100%, but that there is a bug in the battery percentage display routine in the software.
