I love logitech devices. I have 3 mx keys keyboards, MX Vertical, MX Master 3 for mac, a trackball, and a nice 'G' mouse and keyboard.

I write to say these devices work very well.

UNTIL I used logitech options +, two issues that make me not use and then uninstall it.

1. when I use logitech options + and add any of my devices, the scroll wheels stop working. when I remove them from logitech options + I can scroll again.

2. Even though I disable all telemetry (auto update, config backup, usage statistics & diagnostics) - options + still phones home, which causes a security violation on my work managed laptop, and thus sandboxes the app.

so for this user, and fan - I simply cannot use options +

which is a bummer, as you've obviously made a lot of improvements since options.

my ask is to:

• disable all telemetry

so I can actually use the software on my work computer.

I'm going to assume the scrolling is somehow related.

Great devices ! just better use case for professionals please :)

not everyone has the full 'creative/admin control' of the host they're working on.
