Three days ago I bought a MK 295 keyboard and mouse set in Slovenia (in a Big Bang store). Everything is fine, except that the keyboard (K295) occasionally freezes slightly and stops working. I have downloaded all the necessary software from your website, that according to some sources solves the problem, but still it did not solve these problem. Currently the only solution is to turn it off and on again. I changed the batteries immediately when these problems appeared, but it did not solve the problem. Please help because I don't need a half working keyboard. Otherwise, the MK 295 product is really worth the money and is actually 90% quieter than regular keyboards.
